How Are You Really?

Hey Love Army,

It’s undeniable — the world feels heavy right now.
Digital systems are glitching.
Wars are raging. Jobs are being lost. Families are grieving.
The air is thick with uncertainty, and it’s a lot to hold.

If you’ve been feeling the weight of it all… you’re not alone.
I feel it too.

Though some of us have more personal ties to the world's sadness, our pain is very different, and also, the same...

There are days I wake up with sadness sitting quietly on my chest. Days my body aches not just from work or motherhood — but from the grief of losing my baby brother. There are moments I wonder, am I doing this right? And yet, I keep coming back to this truth:

✨ We are not meant to carry it all alone. ✨

So I have to ask — how are you keeping your battery charged?
How are you ensuring you have the capacity to care for yourself, and still have enough left for the people you love?

I’ve made a promise — to you, to myself, and to my baby brother we lost a few months ago — to BE the example. To show up real. To share the tools and practices that have kept me from burning out completely.

No more hoarding what’s helped me heal.

I want you to have it all.

Because I care about you.
I care about this world.
I care about the children and the legacy we’re leaving behind.

This is not just a brand. This is my life’s mission — my offering of gratitude to the world in honor of my baby brother, who was pure love. 💫

So today, I’m asking you — how are you really?
What do you need right now?

Hit reply or comment below. Let me hold space for you.
Let me support you the way I wish the world had supported him.

We’ll start right here — with us.
With real hearts, full cups, and the courage to keep going together.

With unwavering love,
